Highstreet Mobile Retail is looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can help our innovative mobile technology company reach new heights. Join our ambitious team in Utrecht and work closely together with the founders to expand the business in Europe and the US. If you have experience with SaaS, Retail and E-commerce and are driven by quality: we want you!

What you’ll be doing

You are passionate about driving business and sales. You have a proven track record in building consultative relationships at all levels in retail and e-commerce enterprises. You are analytical and empathic and through these skills you can evangelise our platform. A state of the art product and great portfolio with brands like Scotch & Soda, Marlies Dekkers, Vince and more will have your back. Here are a few things you’ll find yourself doing when you come work for us:

  • Create a smart and lean sales year plan and align with our CEO on this regularly;
  • use your network to create leads for our platform;
  • spot business development opportunities and build new relationships and partnerships;
  • travel across Europe and the US to deliver pitches and visit industry events and present our platform there;
  • work with our team to create sales campaigns or events.

Who we’re looking for

At Highstreet we work hard to get results while also having fun and taking care of a healthy work-life balance. Our dream candidate is someone with an intrinsic drive, an enthusiastic personality and a self starter.

  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing;
  • more than 5 years work experience within a sales position preferable related to SaaS solutions with a quantitative track record of performance;
  • in-depth knowledge of the e-commerce market within the Netherlands and Europe;
  • excellent negotiation and consultative selling skills with a better ear than most sales people;
  • ability to define a client strategy and execute against it;
  • you are fluent in English speaking and writing;
  • and you have a work permit for the EU.
